WHAT WE DO IN THE CLASS

Every class commences with a cardio and conditioning warm up and a functional stretch. There is no better way to get or stay fit than this - you'll be constantly learning, and lion dance academy will be your club.
At these classes they will learn to understanding the meaning behind traditional lion dance, education of basic lion dance movement and music instruments and practical the form set of Cai Qing (picking green) They will learn the basics of lion dancing, from the lion sleeping position, to the techniques on wake up, walking, jumping, testing, picking, eating, chewing, spitting, drunken etc. Children's will also get the opportunity to learn the lion dance instruments like drum, gong, symbols. |
